Our Services

To help you feel more at ease about visiting us here at Westside, we want you to know a few things about our services. 

The first thing you will notice about us is we are a small group of about 45-50.  Being small in number has helped many of the members here grow in many ways.  Being small in numbers means we need workers.  You will find at Westside we have many who are willing to work, not just talk about work!  On the first Sunday night of the month we have a class for the really young of the group here.  In this class we sing songs with the kids and let a few of the young ones do a reading.  On the second Sunday night of the month after worship we have a young adult class at someone’s house.  On the third Thursday night of the month we have a ladies class.  These are just some of the things going on here with the group.  All the men here take turns preaching on the third Sunday morning of the month.  On the third Sunday night of the month we have a song service which is made up of songs, prayers and readings.  We usually pick a theme and try to fit it all together.  We are a group who believe in preaching the word and strive to follow it to the best of our knowledge.  There are many churches in the world today who vote on what they will do, we trust God and His plan for worship!
